Don't know about you guys but I froze my socks off. Anymore days like this, and I think I'll let Alison go alone with the video camera so I can watch it later in front of the fire. Still, I did manage to find a bomb shelter to watch the match from which kept me dry. However, didn't the boys play well, they played as a team and reaped the rewards by winning 4-0. From where I was, I only saw the opposition come close to scoring once and Gavin sorted that out. In the first half, the score was 3-0, with 'Steady' putting one in and Peter putting in a further two.

   In the second half with 'Roberto' going for goal and seeing his target blocked, he decided to deflect the ball against the opposition and in! What a goal. Our defence and mid-field were obviously on the ball and read the game well as Gavin had little work to do throughout the match.

   Man of the Match went to 'Bandit' who stole the ball and messed up the oppositions tactics. Well done Callum.
